Welcome to Eazy Techno (www.eazytechno.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, software products, SaaS annual subscriptions, mobile applications, and web development services provided by Eazy Techno.

By accessing this website, purchasing a software package, subscribing to a SaaS module, or commissioning web development work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Company Information & Nature of Business

Eazy Techno is an Indian Information Technology (IT) and Software Development firm having its registered office at 266, Santipally, Block – BF, Plot – 64, Kolkata – 700107, West Bengal, India. We engineer proprietary B2B software systems (including Hospital Management ERP, Hotel Management Software, Clinic OPD Billing, Retail POS & GST Barcode Billing) delivered primarily as cloud-hosted software subscriptions (SaaS) and bespoke web/mobile engineering services.

2. Software Licensing & SaaS Subscriptions

• Grant of License: Upon verified payment, Eazy Techno grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased cloud software module for the duration of the purchased subscription term (typically 1 Year).
• Cloud Hosting & Uptime: We maintain a target uptime SLA of 99.9% on cloud servers (AWS / High Availability VPS). Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance.
• Subscription Renewal: SaaS modules and web hosting packages are billed on an annual subscription basis. Renewal invoices are issued 30 days prior to license expiry to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, sub-license, or unlawfully duplicate the source code or proprietary architecture of Eazy Techno software without explicit written enterprise agreement.

3. Custom Web & Software Development Services

• Scope of Work: Custom web design and bespoke software projects are executed based on the mutually agreed Scope of Work (SOW) and technical milestone roadmap.
• Client Assets: Clients agree to provide required assets (logos, content, product data) in a timely manner to facilitate project delivery according to the agreed schedule.
• Testing & Acceptance: Upon staging milestone release, clients have a 7-day review period to request adjustments within the agreed scope.

4. Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via verified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (PhonePe / UPI / NetBanking / Debit & Credit Cards).
• Instant electronic invoices and payment receipts are generated and available in the customer dashboard upon successful transaction completion.

5. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (usernames, passwords, API tokens) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Eazy Techno immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, and design patterns in our proprietary software, website frameworks, modules, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Eazy Techno.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Eazy Techno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our software or digital services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
